What is the Complaints Book?

The Complaints Book is a legal tool that allows you to formally and securely file a Complaint or Claim with the company, in accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Law No. 29571).

Submission Process and Response Deadlines

To ensure compliance with the law and the effective processing of your request, please follow these steps:

Once you have submitted the form, you will receive an automatic electronic copy of your registration. The date of submission will be the date shown on the confirmation.

In accordance with Peruvian law, Volga Tours has a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days to provide a formal response to the email address provided on the form. This period may be extended exceptionally for an additional 30 days, subject to prior notification to the consumer.
